Will not play app – Babel Rising 3D Review

Ever sence the iOS 7 came out my game will not open up it keeps sending me back to app screen. Iv tried reseting device nothing will work I payed for the game I want to play but can't... I'm on iPhone 4S with ios7 please fix this.
