HIGHLY UPSET – Phone for Play: Full Version Review

I am being charged 3.99 twice just for the app? I don't understand why? I paid for the full version. It only says it's 3.99 and yet I got double charged for all the extra apps? I never saw anywhere that I would be charged so much for an app for my 1 year old daughter. I am requesting a refund. Already talked to Apple app support but I am also email this app and I have yet to see a response from them.
