Not whats promoted – Designer Monogram (Custom Wallpaper) 2 Free Review

This app looks like it would be worth downloading, but that however isn't true. You can't even use it without an add popping up and freezing your screen. If there was a 0 star rating that's what I would give it but since there's not I'll say its a very, very low 1 star.
