Don't get sucked in to downloading extra apps for Wallpapers! – Halloween Home Screen Wallpaper Maker Pro - iOS 7 Edition Review

This wallpaper maker it's not too bad but I got upset after I downloaded one of their dumb apps after being promised more wallpapers & it will not honor after you follow the instructions. It just tries to get you download another. It knows what you have downloaded cause it won't offer that app again. It has TONS of pop ups when you try to do simple navigation. If you don't mind the pop ups (I normally just ignore them because someone's got to pay for the app, you or ads) than its not too bad. I'd given it a 4 rating but I feel they are scheming & dishonest to get you to download other apps :(
