Resize Photo – Photo2Cover - Create your own magazine cover Review

I love this app. I was able to create a cover for my niece using her homecoming photos. She loved it! I also created one using my daughter's picture and she loved it as well. The only issue is that I can't resize the photos or the cover pages are too large to use for a wallpaper on my phone and/or iPad.
