Rating screen locks the game – Cradle of Rome Review

I love this game, but on iOS 7 at the beginning of the second level a dialog box comes up asking you to rate the game. So far so good, but when I try to rate it, none of the links on the dialog work. It just sits there. Since I can't clear the dialog, I cannot continue to play the game. It's just locked. I actually paid for this game. I really want it to work. Fix it please.
