Bait & Switch – Ringtone Maker:Customize music ring tone,text tone Review

Instructions are fair to poor as to how to use this app; but once I figured it out, recorded my own ringtone and attempted to download it, I was advised that I had to pay 99 cents for the upgraded version in order to do it. How about a little honesty and just tell me that from the beginning?
