Horizontal in a vertical world – Painless Reading Comprehension Challenge Review

I downloaded the new iOS7 update last week then this app. I cannot see the complete menu, questions, and story because it needs to be horizontal, but stays in vertical position. I cannot get it to flip. Any ideas?
