Needs instructions and cost to proceed – Million Dollar Quest: hidden object adventure HD Lite Review

There is a dire need for instructions for this game. After the fourth level, you're given only the choice to "upgrade," but they apparently expect you to buy it without knowing the price which is NOT going to happen for me.
