Fix it or give me a refund – Guide for iOS 7 - Tips, Tricks & Secrets for iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch Review

I purchased the full version (without ads) for $4.99 and it will not download! It shows that I paid for it, and tells me that it hasn't been downloaded yet. It refuses to download every time I try. Either fix this or refund my money. I don't want to look at ads all the time. Thank you.
