It works, but... – Desktop Connect Review

It works beautifully from inside the network - I didn't even have to configure the servers because it found them automatically. It doesn't seem to work from outside the network using a VPN connection, though. I submitted a support request three days ago and haven't had a response except for the automated confirmation.
