Nonsense – Tiny Dentist Office Makeover Review

Ok so the idea of the game is cute! However when my kid is done with the dental work, what is next??!! U need to install a done button to allow them to go to the next pt. I just don get it!! How do u unlock the next person w/o purchasing? It shouldn't be this hard for a kid to figure out.
