Very inspirational! – Start running! Walking-jogging training plan, GPS & how-to-run tips by Red Rock Apps Review

I have not had any desire to be active in a long time and this app made it easy to get on the right track! Only recommendation would be is to make the voice more noticeable because when listening to music it is hard to hear the prompt for the change to next activity.
