Nostalgically Delicious – Ultima IV: C64 Review

This version seems to be faithful to the old C64 version that i played through twice on my C64 about 25 years ago. It's strangely compelling even after all this time. Don't look at online guides and experience the game just as it was for the best enjoyment. Yes, that means take notes and talk to villagers! Anyhow, i plan to play this all the way through, but there are a few issues, one major one. The big issue is that the game locks up every so often entering battle or a town. The autosave feature unfortunately freezes you at this point so you have to load an actual save. If you play this version save often. The other issues are minor - as in the footsteps are loud and sometimes distorted, and then there can be a little lag on the movement controls, but not enough to stop me from playing.
