Good idea, but lacking – Noise Down - sound manager alarm app Review

I love the idea of using this app during my reading groups to keep the rest of the class quiet. However I use my phone for a timer as well as other things in the class. As soon as you close out of this app, it no longer monitors the noise. Bummer.
