And not quite complete. The game needs to provide more information about the rules and results of combat. Still, this is the closest anyone has come yet to producing a true wargame and despite it's faults on that metric it's better than Shanendoah Studios' Battle of the Bulge. Our tiny wargame community cries out for more like this.
