Poor reviews not fair – Documents To Go® - for BES12 Review

I've used DocumentsToGo because I own a BlackBerry Z10 and a Playbook. The previous review wasn't fair and I think they didn't read the details where it reads that this app requires IT authorization from work. This is a business related app to access Secure Work Environment documents. This is not for personal use for everyday word processing.
