Cannot buy new units – SuperPower™ - World at War Review

I use to play this game all the time, but since the update one month ago when I purchase new units they charge me but they show that I still have zero of those units. Please fix this issue, I have searched for an email to email and i have tried posting on your forum but it always says there is an error. Please help.
