Any support or info to setup – i-Security Review

Purchased your camera feeling that this app was supported for me to view it online in my iPad boy was I wrong!!! doesn't work no access with the iPad even inside my wireless network very disappointed...a little documentation would be nice, didn't buy it as a toy...
