Fun but would like some explanations – Coin Dozer - Seasons HD Review

I really like this game but under menu should be some explanations of what things mean. I got a regent(?) notice and have no clue what that means. Also, are the prizes that are won only used for selling for more coins or is there another reason also. Anyway, I do like this game.
