Relaxing! – Personal Development Hypnosis Review

I have a different self hypnosis tape that I used in the past and enjoy so I thought I would give this app a try. I was more relaxed in this session than I ever have been using my tape. Since I tried it for the first time this morning I am not sure if the positive image it was encouraging in me took hold but I am hopeful. One session is unlocked when you download app and you are able to purchase an additional 16 sessions. Will give this first session a few days to examine results before deciding to invest in addtl sessions.
