Can't get past Terms & Conditions!?!? – CIA - Number Search & Spam Warning for Unwanted Calls Review

No recent reviews. Hmm. Only from March and prior????? Can't get past the Terms & Conditions to use the app. It wants me to accept, but the T&C won't come up. I get a message stating that the page does not exist. I don't want to accept unless I can skim them (not knowing much about the app and it having access to my phone book!) Sad. Would like to try it out.
