Love this app – Personal Development Hypnosis Review

If u learn nothing from this app but how to deep breathe properly it is still worth more much than the $20.00 paid for all the modules. I enjoy the heck out of this app and Mindifi's "sleep/relax" program. I fall asleep so much faster now and calm myself easily utilizing the breathing technique learn from this app.
