Great cycle & general cardio interval app – Cycle Companion Pro Review

I use this app all the time with spin, elliptical and treadmill work. I love that I can customize & build my own programs! Only enhancement I recommend is fix it so you can have it work in the background while you're in other apps (it tends to pause or mess up the timing).
