What has happened? – Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard Review

Update: I have deleted & installed again. It worked for about 30 min. No update for 6 months, basically no response to negative reviews & no fix for issues. Obviously this app is no longer a concern for developer. I've used this keyboard for years & now suddenly it's basically trash. Randomly switches to iOS keyboard along with several other glitches. Came here to see if an update was available only to see its happening to lots of people & absolutely no response from developer to any review stating there's issues. Guess I'm on the search for a new keyboard.
