I have certain things I'm aiming for when it comes to losing weight and I've been told to take pictures and hang them on my fridge, well with this app that's exactly what I'm able to do, take pics of things that are my motivation and since I ALWAYS have my phone with me whenever I'm tempted I pull it out and look at my pics. It's helped me make it through the week until I get to my cheat day!
