Just Stopped Working One Day - Won't Get Past "Loading" – Madagascar Math Ops Review

My grandson loved this app but suddenly it wouldn't load successfully anymore on his original iPad. So, I purchased it and it did the same thing (failed to load) on my iPad 2. Apparently neither Apple or the developer care.
