Hate it! – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

Seriously, I hate this app. You send me an email telling me how easy it will be to check in and select a room, but when I finally figure out how to get past your advertising, you tell me you don’t have any rooms to show me. Then you show me the spinning circle of death for a minute, and tell me I have a “digital key” but no room number. I think I will stick with checking in with a human. This app needs a lot of work to make it more friendly.
