Constant pip-ups to pay for features – Drawing for kids: doodle games Review

Downloaded the free version of this app to try out for my 2 year old. Literally any button he pushes triggers a pop-up to pay for the full version. Just make some features free and some to pay for. Do you think toddlers are able to purchase things? Why have pop-ups every 3 seconds while they are playing? Do you think people who want to pay for more features wont do so? I hate (yes, HATE) this app and am deleting it.
