Worst ‘Support’ Team EVER – Clash of Clans Review

I started Clash of Clans in 2013 and in 2014 started a second account. A few years later I had some major life events and I couldn’t play anymore. I recently started playing again and upon trying to recover one of my old villages , which was never attached to a Supercell ID, their ‘Support’ Team banned my account for 31 days for “phishing”; so now I can’t access one account and I’m banned on another. It’s been 10 days now, and they won’t reply to my emails to even attempt to resolve this. I’ve provided payment receipts and official emails from SC to provide proof of legitimacy. With the time (and money) that I’ve put into this game, I had hoped for better assistance and understanding. It took them a couple hours to ban my account, but it’s taken this long to even continue discussion on the matter?
