So the customer pays $2.99 to download the app THEN has to pay .99 cents to $4.99 for a predetermined number of special effects which after they're depleted, the customer has to keep buying refill packs? No. Every other app developer charge for extra special effect packages once allowing the customer to use them infinitely without nickel & dimeing then over & over. Bad app. Uninstalling.
