Not what Hilton used to be – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

You guys have gone to h*ll in a hurry. Customer care and customer satisfaction clearly are not important to you….I’m not sure it ever really was. Once all my Hilton points are burned up, I’ll be staying elsewhere.
