Bed requested not available – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

I booked a king bed and when I went online to get the digital code to check in it showed 2 queens. Called the hotel and they said my reservation had been cancelled and re-booked. I didn’t do that! Cancelled altogether and went to a different hotel. Very poor customer experience for this Diamond member!
