Help center isn’t helping – X Review

I deactivated my old acc and made a new one using the same email. I’m trying to change the sensitive content setting and I’m on mobile so it took me to your website and asked me to log in but it says something like do you want to reactivate your acc? but it’s not letting me go to my new acc to fix the sensitive content setting. the help center wasn’t helping at all.
