No credit – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

I stayed 3 nights at the Hampton inn of Kearney! What an administrative Nightmare! Owing to NOT booking with “an approved booking service” I was denied any Hilton Honors credit! Also being “Double Billing” for the same room and same date by Hampton inn AND “Reservations.com,” this was a major disaster! Hilton Honors stated that since I didn’t book through Hilton, it was MY problem! Not Good!
