it starts to can't connect – Windscribe VPN Review

i have been using and subscribing this vpn for about 4 years working on my laptop and mobile phones and it always works well until about one weeks ago, suddenly on my iPhone it turns to be much harder to connect, and today i totally can't access to any location, but it still works well by my laptop and samsung phone. so could you please you guys just check about if there's anything wrong with iOS? thank you!
