24 CARROT GLITCH PLS HELP – Poptropica: Fun RPG Adventure Review

I’d like to start off by saying I absolutely LOVE this game, super nostalgic, super fun. BUT there is a glitch in 24 Carrot, where I’m going into the sewer and there is not carrot translator. I’ve watched watch throughs, there’s nothing online either that can help me with this issue. I’ve restarted the game, waited & played different islands all that, but it will not show up in the sewer. Please help!! I love this game so much!!
