Unable to send bitcoin from my luno account to other wallet – Luno Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Review

Why can’t I send my bitcoin in luno to other account......how long will it keep showing sorry for the interruption.....luno has been prescribed to me has one of the best when it come to trading of cryptocurrency...I don’t seems to understand will be glad if you can help me look into it
