Voice control – Voice Assistant - Just use your voice instead of typing Review

I would like this program to be able to open up applications such as Such as open a particular program and it would open the program and I can tell it what I want done within the program and then close the program on finish I would like to see this application you able to do that on both my iPhone and my iPad
