The App Freezes – Duolingo - Language Lessons Review

It’s tough to be in the top league and have the app freeze repeatedly. I have lost at least 1,000 points, lost my competitive position and have wasted my time trying to get help. The learning is fun most of the time, but the technical support deserves an F grade. I would fail them. I’m happy I decided to wait to begin my subscription or I would be furious! Keep your competition and hide behind your lack of communication so you don’t have to solve these issues in any language. Poorly done Duo!!!!!!
