Doesn’t display all offers – BURGER KING® App Review

I went to go back a family bundle for $12.99 and when I want to use the app the offer disappeared when it was just there and The person taking my order seen it???? I had to use a paper coupon and order to get my offer so what good is your app if it doesn’t consistently offer the same offering as the paper coupons or for that matter the offer disappears when it was still goid for three days? The worst ever I’m uninstalled it
