Premium doesn’t work – Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF Review

I have the monthly subscription to premium because I use it for work daily and the system tries to make me subscribe for the monthly and yearly yet my subscription is active and won't let me create PDFs I've had to rely on other free apps to convert to pdf while having to still pay for this I have requested a refund because why pay for something that you can't use unless it's a ploy to get you to pay more money for the yearly I also use this for school it's frustrating and annoying this is all done on an IPAD
