Poor player support – Clash of Clans Review

I’ve been playing this game since 2017/2018. I recently moved from Android to Apple. I have a SuperCell ID. When trying to sign in on my new phone, I get stuck at the Verification Code (as in it says it sent a code to my email, but I never get it). Troubleshooting says make sure the email is active, which it is. I contacted player support, gave them as much info as I could, & I even attached a screenshot of a purchase I made for the game in 2018 (which shows the email it was sent it). They replied saying that I was attempting to use another player account, that I’m violating their terms of service, that I’ve been banned for 31 days, & any further attempts to access the account could lead to a permanent ban. I then asked for a supervisor’s contact information, & they just ignored it. As a result, rating this 1 star. They’re losing a loyal player, but I doubt they care. Thanks for nothing except calling me a liar :)
