21 Day Fix – Beachbody® On Demand Review

I am 57 and trying to stay in shape. I really appreciate the alternative options and still get a great workout. I completed 21 Day Fix Real-time and have moved onto 21 Day Fix before trying out Extreme!! I love all the options.
