New Notification Button – Fiverr - Freelance Services Review

Seriously, you couldn’t just leave it be? You had to make us jump through hoops to get to it? Worst design decision. Not to mention, now I can’t even figure out why I have 5 unread notifications! What were you thinking?! This is honestly the least user friendly update I’ve seen so far. Instead of adding the ability to read comments on order images, you move the most important button, the notification button, to an entirely different page?! I don’t even look at my orders tab! I don’t think anyone does! I look at notifications and that’s it! Why put a button that EVERYONE uses DAILY in a spot that’s not easy or fast to get to? This is poor planning at its core. It’s also extremely poor understanding of who uses your app. Seriously, Fiverr, DO BETTER!
