Busy Signal – CallTime - Cheap US & Canada Phone Call Review

Don't even bother downloading and do not buy into the five star reviews here. The app does not work well - most of the time I get a busy signal for outgoing phone calls, even to numbers that I know should not be giving busy signals (like my other cell phone). Even for calls that give busy signals, you are charged $0.02. A complete ripoff.
