Signing in and episode problems – Cartoon Network App Review

So recently my wifi was off for about a week and I had data but it was slow so I couldn’t watch it and I was already signed in but now when I open the app and I’m signed in nothing loads or works but when I delete it and download it again it works fine without me being signed in so I don’t know why but I’d really like to enjoy watching all the episodes instead of like 5 different episodes in different seasons if that makes sense
