HD Retouch doesn’t work anymore! – BeautyPlus - AI Photo Editor Review

I have been using this app for a few years and up until now, have not had an issue. This app is very important to my business, so I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service. I have reached out with no response. When I use this feature, it gives me the error message “failed to generate portrait.” I have deleted and reloaded the app to no avail. I’m a premium member, and for the cost per year, we should have some support. Guess I’ll start looking for a better app, and dispute my renewal charge.
