Love it – Beachbody® On Demand Review

I really appreciate being able to use my phone to guide me through these workouts. There is nowhere that I can’t get my exercise done. I do wish my current program had the exercises listed in a document so I could follow along in case I don’t have Internet access or have not downloaded the work out previously. So thankful for this motivation!
