Grateful – Insight Timer–Meditate & Sleep Review

This is probably my most used app on my phone right now. I find the guided meditations to be so insightful, peaceful and helpful. I couldn’t do this on my own, and I’m so thankful to the teachers who provide free services. I hope they know how much it changes people’s lives.
